Spokane has not always been our town. We lived in the North Seattle area for seven years before moving here five years ago. It has taken us a while to acclimitize to our surroundings, mostly the hot summers and cold winters. We have found that there are so many new places to explore, things to do, sunshine to soak in and even snow outside our own front door. We can now say that Spokane is home and here are a few ways that we have made it so.
